Mike is a Louisville native whom has spent the last 9 years as Private Aide to Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown, the philanthropic couple behind 21c Museum Hotels. Through these years Mike has helped to produce and collaborate on events with 21c Museum Hotels, Hermitage Farm and Original Makers Club among numerous private events in Louisville and the cities surrounding. He has cultivated relationships with the most forward thinking and innovative designers and vendors in the area and greatly enjoys the building of a successful event.
Melissa has spent the past 10 years planning events, with a specific focus on weddings. She began interning at Masterpiece Weddings in Gainesville, Florida while attending the University of Florida. From there, she took a Sales & Marketing Internship at a large hotel group in Dubrovnik, Croatia and continued planning marketing events. Melissa moved back and began working as the Events Manager at The Grand Oaks, an outdoor wedding venue in Central Florida. She then moved to Louisville to plan the Hermitage Classic in 2011 and then became the Events Manager at the Kentucky Derby Museum. Having worked at both indoor and outdoor venues, she has a unique perspective on utilizing available space. Melissa is extremely detail focused and works diligently to make sure your vision is exactly as you envisioned.
